Habiller’s Hit List

I’ve been a makeup artist for almost 10 years, and a cosmetics lover forever! Here’s a peak at some of my personal and professional must haves.

1. Zoya – “NATTY”

Always a win!  Perfect shade of creamy blue for any season , anytime and anywhere.  And of course , its 5 free!

2. Mac – “NAKED” Loose Pigment

Best for highlighting. It’s my go to for a clean natural, uplifted finish on EVERY  skin tone.

3. Makeup Forever – “UPLIGHT”, “HD POWDER” & “STAR POWDER”

Unbeatable triple play!! I believe in less is more when working on editorial, bridal, and on myself. These items with a small amount of bb cream or tinted moisturizer are my knock out combination – on or off set. Try  mixing the Uplight with a bb, or tinted moisturizer then apply to the face lightly.  Try an eye shadow brush, like a crease brush, to go over the highlighted areas with a small hint of Star Powder, and set the look with HD Powder. Add mascara, blush and gloss for extra sexiness.

4. Fresh Paint- “COACH ELLA”

I admit to being somewhat infatuated with EVERY nude polish out there.. but I named this one my go to over a year ago …and I haven’t looked back.

5. Makeup Forever – “CHROMATIC MIX”

A water based pigment that can be added to any liquid makeup to lighten or darken the pigment. This is for the true artist. Most MUAs have a full line of foundations in their kit… Save yourselves the headache and the money. This product builds your confidence by learning to mix pigments to find the perfect shade for any client.

6. NYX – “AMSTERDAM” Soft Matte Lip Cream

Long lasting , rich pigment , beautiful color collections
I worked with NYX for over a year and love the pigment and most of all ..THE PRICE!  NYX has the best drug store quality products.

ANY of the eye shadow bases by NYX are the perfect foundation for a Smokey eye or well defined crease. For best results , try it after moisturizer and before foundation.
